GPT-6 Sol is now the Chat model on Plus and up (since October 7, with inline interactive answers), GPT-6.1 Sol covers agent work in ChatGPT Work and Codex, voice mode leads, and the $8 Go tier is the cheapest frontier access from a US lab. Google undercuts it on price, with AI Plus at $4.99, but from October 9 Plus is Flash-only, with no 3.1 Pro. Go is the value pick only if you want OpenAI's ecosystem specifically. Mind the ads on Go: your context is part of the deal.

The 1M-token context and native Gmail/Docs/Drive reach do things the others can't touch — if you live in Workspace. If you don't, it's a fine assistant, not a switching reason.
