• Eleven v4 / v4 Turbo Launched Sept 28, 2026. v4 is the new expressive flagship and v4 Turbo is the low-latency version for voice agents (~150ms median to first speech). Both support 90+ languages and use the same credit pricing as the other TTS models in the app. The launch promo ($22/M and $11/M API characters, 3x v4 credits on Creator and up) ended Oct 12; v4 now bills at standard rates
• Eleven v3 The previous expressive flagship: 70+ languages, 5,000-character limit per generation. Superseded by v4 for new work
• Multilingual v2 Quality workhorse, 29 languages, 10,000-character limit, 1 credit per character. Still the pick for consistency across a long series
• Flash v2.5 Low-latency tier, ~75ms, 32 languages, 40,000-character limit, ~0.5 credit per character — 50% cheaper per character on API generations
• Turbo v2.5 Deprecated — functionally equivalent to Flash but slower on average. Move existing jobs to Flash v2.5

What changed

1. 2026-10-24 Freshness sweep: subscription prices hold ($6 / $22 / $99 / $299 / $990). Annual billing equals 10 months. Starter has a $1 first month until Nov 1. The page confirms that unused credits roll over for up to two months on paid plans. The Eleven v4 launch promo ended Oct 12, so the model note now says v4 bills at standard rates.
2. 2026-09-30 NEWS SCAN: ElevenLabs launched Eleven v4 and v4 Turbo on Sept 28. They cover 90+ languages (v3 covers 70+), Turbo reaches first speech in about 150ms, and in-app credit pricing stays the same. The API launch promo runs until Oct 12. Model news since last check: Eleven Music v2.5 launched September 11 as ElevenMusic's default (added to the model list), and Scribe v2 Medical, a clinical speech-to-text model billed at the Scribe v2 rate, went GA the same day. No TTS model changes.
4. 2026-09-02 Re-verified on elevenlabs.io/pricing: subscription ladder unchanged ($6/$22/$99/$299/$990, Creator's $11 still first-month-only). Annual pricing confirmed at 2-months-free equivalents (Starter $5, Creator $18.33, Pro $82.50, Scale $249.17, Business $825). No changes to make.
5. 2026-08-02 Subscription ladder unchanged ($6/$22/$99/$299/$990). Real drift in the model lineup: Eleven v3 is now presented as the flagship expressive model (70+ languages, 5,000-character limit) and Turbo v2.5 is marked deprecated in favour of Flash v2.5 — replaced our old 'Multilingual v2 / Flash-Turbo' pairing with the current four. Added Business tier credits (6,000,000, 10 seats). Noted that Creator's advertised $11 is a first-month 50%-off promo, not the rate — several roundups quote it as the price.
6. 2026-07-12 Verified: subscription ladder unchanged ($6/$22/$99/$299/$990). Added the Business $990 tier to the pricing table (previously only in the changelog) and the API pay-as-you-go option ElevenLabs introduced May 7, 2026, when it cut self-serve API prices — TTS down up to 55%, speech-to-text up to 45%.
